The very first stage of the interview process was done by an outsourcing enterprise, the staff asked some questions about my previous knowledge regarding EDICOM and electronic invoicing ,and some other questions concerning my availability of taking courses in foreign countries. I did several exams of programming languages and psychometric analysis. The next interview was at EDICOM facilities in Mexico City with the boss in this office and the boss in Spain, this one joined us by using a videoconference, they reviewed together my programming and language skills of the previous exam

RH contactes you first and ask some usual questions then you got technical questions about your academic studies + logic tests and coding . They asl you to write an essay about you in all the languages you speak . Afterwards you got a final itw with the RH manager to discuss contract details

En un mismo dia me hicieron tanto la primera entrevista como la prueba tecnica, de ingles etc. Todo muy rapido y muy bien. La gente muy profesional, y te enseñan las instalaciones y estan abiertos a cualquier duda
You have to know at least some language.
They ask you to solve a really simple RDBMS schema. You may be asked to speak in english, but really nothing difficoult.
