Process was fine, but it was evident ECS isn’t the kind of place I would have wanted to work at. I interviewed as an experienced recruiter, but it was clear things like salary expectations were too high. In short, ECS are the kind of company who’ll typically hire young or inexperienced recruiters. Salaries are below average and ECS is a textbook agency where all the money goes to the top. Hearing what people say and having seen plenty of online stuff about them, they’re the type of agency where you can tell the senior figureheads like the sound of their own voice!
