Overall i really enjoyed meeting with everyone I met with. It seems like such a good company to work for, and I was super excited as I had a personal passion for what the role entailed. I went through SIX rounds of interviews if you count the 15 minute phone screening. I took 2 PTO days off of work , overall I spent a total of about 7 hours interviewing for this role. After each interview I was told I'd be a great fit and that they really liked me. After my SIXTH interview I was told they are looking for someone with more experience, even though I had the experience, and its a entry level role. There definitely is a different reason they are not being transparent about, or they simply just dont care about what they put candidates through. The point of this review is to make sure the next person that interviews with this company is aware of this. Total waste of my time and theirs. There is a reason this role has been open now for 4 months.
