ECA Rotational Associate interview questions

Applied through college careers service. Sent them a CV and cover letter, they contacted me back in a couple weeks for a phone interview, where they asked my behavioral-type questions. I was invited back to the office for in-person interviews where I did some numerical and e-tray assessment tasks and had interviews with two senior executives at the firm. The entire process was very smooth and I got a great impression of the company atmosphere.
