EARNEST Partners Investment Operations Analyst interview questions

For context, I have a master’s degree in Economics. I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for this position. The interview process was disorganised and unprofessional. The 1st round interview questions were not relevant to my skills or experience. I was told by one of the interviewers that my English is good. The 2nd round interview questions were similar and it was a disorganised process. Next, I did an assessment to test my knowledge of basic investment and accounting principles. It was relatively easy, If you study or have prior knowledge, you will succeed. Finally, I was told to fill out an employment application which included a list of references for the HR team to contact. Now, this is where I was ghosted. I was told that after a reference check that I would have a final round interview with the CEO. I sent multiple emails to follow up on my application and received no response. This is company was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time to apply nor interview with them. If you have no other options, good luck.
