There was an initial CCAT test which is just as useless as the other commenters have said. Would highly recommend doing some practice ones before taking it if you haven't seen it before. 30 min phone call with recruiter that went very well. Then moved on to a 45 min zoom interview with someone on the team. That also went very well. They even told me I was making it to the final round and someone would contact me within two weeks to set it up. They were speaking very highly of me. Two weeks passed - no contact. I reached out via email for an update but was ignored. I followed up with a different person almost two weeks later. I was then hit with a generic rejection without explanation. They keep me on the hook for a month. It would be one thing if I was just rejected. BUT I was ignored and rejected after being told I would be contacted for the final round. I'm going to give the company the benefit of the doubt, but that was truly the most frustrating and disappointing process I have been in. It absolutely wrecked my self esteem and I still am unsure what made them change their mind after the fact.
