I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EAB (Washington, DC) in Mar 2016
Interview
This was a basic behavioral interview over the phone. It lasted about 30 minutes and the interviewer was very friendly. Most of the questions were about my own educational background, my research and writing abilities, and my interest in the position. I was asked the next day to schedule a second phone interview (case style) and a writing test.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position?
How has your writing style changed over time?
Tell me about a research project you worked on recently.
Reasonable process, I felt as though as steps were appropriate and effectively measured my qualifications. Some interviews were back to back which was a bit exhausting, but overall a good experience.

Interviewer did not call at our scheduled time. No email or follow up on why. It seems that they had filled the position but failed to cancel our interview slot.

No questions were asked because the interview did not happen.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EAB
Interview
The initial interview was easy, however I was told I would be contacted in a week on my application. Instead of reaching out to say that I was denied I have been completely ghosted by the company. I interviewed about three weeks ago I understand that they may have decided to not move forward with my application but to simply leave me hanging is just unprofessional.
