I was headhunted for the role and got an invitation for a virtual interview with the CEO and the VP.
During the day of the interview, the CEO was absent and the VP interviewed me.
I had my video turned on the whole time but the VP did not bother to turn on his camera which I though was not professional. It was like talking to a black screen.
Anyway, the interview lasted about 15-20 mins and we went over my previous experience, skills, expectations etc. in detail. The interview ended on a positive note and VP advised that they would do a second round (this time with the CEO) in 2 days.
1 minute before the next interview, the VP sends me an email saying "something urgent came up and we would re-arrange for a later date" I have not heard since and it has been a month already.
Literally "ghosted!" Keep it up!
