E-SoftSys Senior Support Analyst interview questions

HR called me if I am ok to work on night shifts (US shift). I agreed . They scheduled two rounds of interview on phone call . They asked me to learn (By heart ) steps involved in their management product . After two rounds they said wil get back to you . It's been 20 days now . If your intention was to just conduct interview for namesake y would u ask me to learn your product! Why would you waste my time ? Please Respect and have habit of responding. If I am not fit you should drop an email . Totally unprofessional company !
