Very disorganised interview. It was an assessment centre which involved a group exercise, 121 interview and a short task which we have to present back. I was their for 4 hours and everything was done in one day which was worrying. A lot people from recruitment were there observing you which was intimidating. After the interview didn't hear anything back not even a rejection email. I am very angry that I wasted 4hrs of my time and no reason given as to why I failed. Having extensive knowledge of the energy industry with years of experience and Eon didn't provide any reason why I wasn't selected. Its possible my experience may have been intimidating to the interviewers who were from the department that were recruiting. I sense a culture of bias and discrimination within Eon.

Good HR and interviewing team - were asking a lot of questions and were very patient. Had a laugh too!
