Interview
I placed my application and 2 days later received a phone call for an interview. The supervisor reviewed my application and asked a few questions and gave me a tour of the kitchen. I was introduced to a few of the employees. I was then taken to the human resource department to fill out more paperwork and discuss expectations of employment.

The supervisor asked if I liked older people. Definitely caught me off guard, I was not expecting to be asked that at all.
