Questions are very basic, describe yourself, what are your interests, how fast do you type on the computer, etc. The employers however WILL make white lies when speaking to you to encourage you to work here (Ex: "Oh yeah the company is great, we are hiring an entire new team to jumpstart the year so it'll get busier here" *hires only 3 employees, 2 of which leave after one month*)
