I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dynamic Retail Solutions (Dún Laoghaire) in Jun 2018
Interview
Setting up the interview was fine. It was with a panel of people and it was competency based. I felt it had gone very well and I was given a tour of the office, told where parking was good and was even told about work parties etc. I was interviewed on the 19th of June, and after hearing nothing back, I contacted the PM on the 28th to see if there was any update. I felt at this point that I hadn't gotten the job but that they might have been particularly busy, and I thought I might get feedback of some sorts. The PM contacted me on the 6th of July and apologised for the delay in getting back to me, they were finishing up interviews and he'd have some news for me soon. I thanked him and that was the last I heard from him and the company.

Interview
Interview lasted 20 minutes and was easy. Discussed experience and sales quotas. Never got too much into details about work history but frequently discussed what I could do to help this business grow
I applied online. I interviewed at Dynamic Retail Solutions (Lafayette, LA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The first interview was quick (10-15 minute). Met with the district manager and was asked several basic questions. The second interview we met at Sams Club and he went into more detail about what the position entailed. This was also fairly short, about 20 minutes. At times the interviewer/ district manager spoke too fast and was difficult to understand, but overall it was a positive experience.
