Phone interview with a recruiter, then an in-person interview with General Manager and engineering. Conversational interview in their office, followed by a tour of the facility. Very amicable people. Seems like a good company.

It was really chill. You just talk with the Senior Human Factors Engineering people and they ask some basic interview questions like tell them about you or what skills do you have.

Tell me about yourself and what skills do you currently have.
The interview process was realtively short and simple. It was a very straightforward process. Company is very efficient and will respond relatively quickly. The interview was done via video call on Microsoft Teams.
