Thanks for your honest feedback! During my interview process, I am not a huge fan of grilling someone with questions. I love getting to know the individual's character and a natural conversation about experience and the individual is preferred. We do multiple interviews. Maybe the next one would have been more challenging! In case this is helpful for future prospects, we previously offered 100% commission pay, but now offer different compensation options.
