Interview
First call is a behavioral interview. Following interviews will be technical related questions. Woman who interviews for the behavioral question is in the HR area so don't expect any very techie questions about your resume. Be ready to be up beat and discuss what you put on your resume. Was really laid back!

The process was very informal. They take the time to get a feel for you as a person not just your skillset. They ask about you currently, career aspirations and then get into how your skills would be applied for the desired position,
