It's quite easy, and you can just tell what you have achieved before and what kind of skills you have, what do you want. And the interviewer is quite nice, and he will guide you.

Less than desirable experience. Terrible at questions. None probing my technical background. Nothing that really delved into what I could bring to the table. I was expecting something far more comprehensive. I would be unlikely to accept a position at this time.
