Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

Interview
The assistant manager asked me a couple of "weird" and unique questions and she told me I answered them perfectly. The process with super easy and she was really chill so it made me feel more comfortable. P.S. they ask you unique question because they want to know if you can make conversation with the customers and with others. so I recommend having a story to tell and to somehow tie it into some of the values of Dutch Bros. and remember to smile!

Question 1
If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
