Interview
Group of almost 30 people and we only had two minutes to talk to management and impress them. While we were waiting for our turn we were getting to know the current employees. It wasn't a formal setting and very relaxed

Tip: be friendly and outgoing!
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
