Interview
The first interview went very well, it took about 10min. It was one on one but there were multiple other interviews going on in the room. There was a line when I got there but it went buy quick. I got a text the same day for a second interview. The second interview was also one on one, in an empty room and there was no line this time. It didn't go so good, i just froze up and didn't know how to answer the questions. The people were nice and seemed very outgoing and spirited.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
