The interview process consisted of three separate interviews. The first interview was very basic in questions. The second interview was more to understand your experience and why you would be a good fit. The third was a group interview to showcase your personality

Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
