      Interview

      I applied to the CSM opening via Duo's career site. First call was with the recruiter and follow by a call with the manager. After the call with the manager, the recruiter invited me to have a video interview with the VP of CS. We covered a lot regarding my experience but didn't have time for me to ask her questions. Luckily, she was flying to CA the following week and I had a chance to meet with her then. During the onsite interview, I met with five people. Starting with the recruiter via video, followed by two of the current CSM, a pre-sale SE manager, and the VP. All of their questions were pretty typical interviewing questions. They asked me about my learning style, situations from previous jobs, where I'm at interviewing with other companies, etc. I had a really great vibe with the company since it aligned to what I had done in my previous role. The overall experience for my interview was okay.

      I met with 4 different people over a period of a few days. The recruiter was first. Then the hiring manager. Then a 3 person panel met with each separately. I then closed with the hiring manager. Smooth easy process with deep diving questions about your work style and experience.

      Interview

      I applied online and did not get to the interview process, I think it was already advanced. An actual person (recruiter, not automated message) replied and I replied back. Then after a few weeks another role was opened and I applied again, the same person came back to me scheduling an interview and said last time I did not move forward not because I don't have the skills, but it was not the right time, she immediately remembered what happened last time and this was nice. I had a short interview with this recruiter and then moved to the next stage, with the HM. The interview was very good, straight to the point and professional. The HM asked really good questions.

      Interview

      A series of phone interviews followed by a 3 hours sit down at their head office. The process is fairly standard with meeting with the face to face being the most important. You'll usually meet with, the hiring manager, a VP, sales team and also another CSM in your future team. All will ask situational based questions about your experience, your approach, your learning process etc. An unfortunate experience for me as I never heard from the company again. Followed up twice and got a message back saying we'll be in touch. Very professional right up until the end.
