I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Riviera Beach, FL) in Jul 2015
Interview
I was asked if I had any expierence before working with Dublin, and basically when I said yes I had the job. He asked a lot of personal questions. And had explained t me that he didn't want to hire some body who he had to worry if they were going to steal, talk foul in front of customers. He asked about other jobs I had had. Asked if I could pass a drug test. And asked if I was able to work any hours.

Question 1
My boss had asked if I was a morning person. Asked why I moved to Florida and how long I was planning on staying.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
