I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very minimal questions and easy interview process. I spoke with the GM at the time and I was hired on the spot. Definitely a good entry level opportunity for students on campus who are looking to make cash as they don't have too many strict rules about who can work there or your previous experience, but I had some which helped.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you had customer service experience in the past?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
