Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Durham, NC) in Nov 2013
Interview
I waited more than 30 minutes for the manager. It was really slow, their were no customers inside maybe drive thru. The manager didn't ask me no questions just asked me when I could work and what are the objectives of the job.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
