I was only called once and I scheduled an interview. I had a death in the family and had to call back to inform them I was not going to be able to make it. I told them what happened and they never got back to me on when I could come in.
It was a laid back interview process with formal general interview questions. You can express your availability and they will let you know how they can adjust you in the schedule accordingly.
