They always need people so automatically got the job. As long as you don't have a horrible working or criminal record Dunkin Donuts will take you. They love people who are willing to work the closing shift as few people actually are. I just sat down with the manager who was there, showed him my resume and after 5 minutes I walked out with a job.
easy. phone interview. few questions. they asked me something about goals in the future. my case was over the phone, but a family member had to go in person. super easy for me.

Interview process was very easy and simple. Got a phone call and scheduled the interview. Interview was on site annd took less than 15 minutes. Asked typical questions like why do you want to work for Dunkin do you have experience using the register what’s your availability and are you open to a flexible schedule.
