Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Union, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Walked in for an interview. Asked me my strengths and weaknesses. Asked me for my referrals. Then availability. And that was all of it. I filled out some paperwork, they gave me a donut and a drink. And I was starting the following week.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
