Question 1
I do not remember the interview questions (it was typical questions, I mean it's dunkin donuts lol)
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (North Haven, CT) in Aug 2012
Interview
Short and simple. Few questions were asked, mainly the basics. Do you have transportation, do you have prior experience, if so, what? Do you like working with people, what sort of experiences have you had working with people in the past, etc. Interviewer was very pleasant. After this, I filled out I9 forms and the W4 paper work and they ran copies of my SS and ID and I just had to wait on a background check and see if I was approved!
