3 stage Interview. First a telephone interview then a in person event, which consists of two parts. First practical task and then a sit down face to face theory interview with staff.

Concise, relaxing, exploring and rewarding. Good mix of personal and business. Enjoyable experience, interviewing personnel very skilled at shaping answers and drawing the right answers and giving right questions.
