I was interviewed by one of the managers and offered some bottled water at the pausa cafe. Everyone was very friendly and I got started quickly with training for my position.
He asked 3 questions but it felt very rushed and as though he was uninterested. Asked me to tell him about myself, my experience and why they should hire me
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dunelm (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
Had to wait first about 25 minutes the actual interview didn’t even last 10 minutes because she didn’t even check my age and i’m not going to be working at a store 9-10pm in the night to close it then walk home at that time she thought i worked at my previous work experience but it said remote she also thought i lived in the same town but clearly stated on my cv that i come from a different town also when applying i did state my age (16) hence they should of just took that into consideration but i’m thankful i didn’t get it very unorganised
