My overall experience was positive. Took up to 6 weeks.
The interview process consisted of 4 stages (Recruiter Call, Initial Interview, ‘Technical’ Interview, Follow Up)
The first call was with the recruiter who was Lukasz. I have to say he was very nice and positive and a great personality for a recruitment office.
The second interview was with management/hiring manager. Standard questions related to my personal development (STAR questions). Kind and thorough individuals and the atmosphere was nice.
The third call was related to KPI’s, Status Reporting, Collaborative working.
The final call took place 4 weeks after the third call.
Unfortunately I was not offered the position but overall a pleasant experience.
Only suggestion I have would be touching base with the interviewee after the final call (the first feedback after the third call was two weeks later, after I sent an email asking for an update)
