Was flown out from my home location to office location in DC to conduct an interview with manager and two potential team members. Flights to office and back home were same day which was not great. Interview was a bit lengthy and involved a bit of whiteboard mapping of thought processes. Team members seemed well put together and close knit. After sending in travel reimbursement for ubers to/from airport, they ghosted me for two months until I got a hold of someone.

Process kicked off with a 15 min phone interview, mainly just General questions I.e motivations for this company, why this position etc followed by face to face interview. Technical and behaviour competencies questions.
