Question 1
Tell me about your experience related to this position
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont in Mar 2011
Interview
Phone interview at first with behavioral-type questions. This led to an all-day interview on-site, where I met a variety of DuPont employees, ranging from PI's, hiring managers, and technical staff. All interviews were one-on-one with exception of lunch, which involved a group interview (unbeknownst to me) at the time.

Question 1
How did you handle a situation where a co-worker negatively affected the performance of your team?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont (Wilmington, DE) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was tough with two sessions of three interviewers. They asked good situational questions to get you thinking about your prior laboratory experiences. It was a great experience to get to know some of the staff. There is not much you can prepare for, it is all based on your experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DuPont (Wilmington, DE) in Mar 2015

It was not bad if you prepare. Know details about your research experience. Also look up behavioral questions. First I had a phone interview with 2 people. 2 weeks later an on site interview where I had lunch with employees, a tour of where I could work, and 2 panel interviews.
