First phone interview with the a person from a temporary employment agency. After that filter, interview with the hiring manager and other leadership team member person, for example a team leader, service center manager.

I had 3 rounds and I was fresher while applying. 1. Communication round - just 2 minutes self introduction and I had to write one essay on a topic with they gave for just 10 lines. 2. Interview with your team Manager - face to face - I did online. 3. Interview with your manager's manager - Operations head - face to face - I did online.
