The interview process went smoothly and my interviewers were kind. They answered all my questions about the job and ensured I would be a good fit for the position. I was never confused throughout the process due to the instruction I recieved.

1 intial interview then your second interview is with upper level management. Once you interview with management, they are teh ones thaqt make the decision on hiring you or not. THey will discuss the pay and benefits as well.
