I was contacted by HR a week after submitting my application. After a brief phone discussion, she passed me to the CTO. After being moved to the next round, I was then met with their Architect, 2 developers, and a SVP, their current PM. After all of that and a phone conversation with the recruiter regarding my salary, where I was told they pay under market value. I received an email that they went with another candidate. However, the position is still active and advertised. This is not an honest company and they pay extremely below market value. Most conversations centered around SDLC and supporting processes and the times I tried to discuss elements of my background that crossover with the JD I was told "not to worry". I would stay far away as they don't seem to know what they're looking for and the current PM direction is ineffective and seems detrimental based on my conversation with the development staff.
