A recruiter contacted me and collected all the information relevant to the job. After about 20–25 days, I received an email to complete an assessment before proceeding further. The assessment was SQL-focused and fairly easy; I cleared it successfully. Following that, HR reached out to schedule the next round, and I accepted the slot they provided. On the scheduled day, I joined the interview call on time, but no panel members were present. I tried contacting the recruiter, but received no response. A few hours later, she called to inform me that the panel was unavailable due to an urgent matter and assured me it would be rescheduled for the next day. I accepted the new invite, but the same issue occurred again—no panel joined the call. Since then, I have not received any further communication from the recruiter. Never seen such worst management.

Had 4-5 rounds, had to follow up multiple times, they keep you on hold with no clarity. Never got any answer till the end. If it's a rejection at least mention the same and close the application. There is no point dragging it for more than a month.
