1- Firstly, interview with HR investigates general opinion about candidate. Why do you want to change your current job etc.
2- Technical interview (English Test, General Ability Test and presentation on a active substance they used in their products) with the R&D department.
3-Offer

Interview
The communication during the process was insufficient and unclear. There was a misleading representation about the budget allocated for the position. Additionally, the time span between the interviews was excessively long, causing unnecessary delays and uncertainty.
