There was an online test where candidates had to write a SM copy about a story involving a lorry driver and some kind of tachograph manipulation. Those who passed it could get into a job interview which was online, and 4 people, your future team, took part in it from the company's side. Reception or internet wasn't good at some of the questioners which resulted in awkward silences and many uncomfortable situations.
