It was held through online. The analyst and associate are very nice. General behavioral questions and technical questions. They make sure you feel comfortable through out the process. I was hired for seasonal intern, so it might be different for full time.

Ok experience overall. The process was lengthy (~2 months) and changed from the originally stated 3 rounds with one case study and a personality assessment (Wonderlic) to ~5 rounds with two case studies. The interviews were a mix of phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person office visits. The modeling case study was completed in-office, while the CIM case study was take-home. The process felt disorganized at times, moving from 3 to 5 rounds, and seeing the role reposted while I was still interviewing made it feel like I was being led on. That said, everyone I met with was polite and personable.
