Dresden (Australia) interview questions

I was asked if I got time for a phone interview, but I didn't receive any calls on that day. several days later in the morning, I received another email asking me if I got time for a phone interview. We only chat for several minutes and decided I need to go to the store next day for a face interview. During the interview, there were no interview questions but only introducing the routine works. When I asked if I need to introduce myself, I was told they only need a "kind" person. Some days later I just received a email saying I was no longer considered...I just felt so frustrated about this interview, and starting doubting myself if I am not viewed as a kind person
