Interview
Interviewing for an internship at Drees Homes was a very pleasant and personable experience. The people are very kind and make you feel welcome and at-ease, and are wonderful conversationalists. Additionally, they made a point to show me around their work space and showroom and explain what the role would be like on a day to day basis.

Interview
It was a casual/ laidback interview. They were more interested in how motivated and willing to work you were rather than trying to see what you know. It was for an internship so I assume they knew I didn't have much experience. They also said they were willing to work with my schedule.
