Dream11 Software Development Engineer interview questions

One online HackerRank test followed by two interview rounds. Level was easy-medium for all rounds. First interview round was good and I went on for second round. Second round was horrible experience. Two questions were easy and medium leetcode questions. Interviewer asked me to code in Swift and he had no idea about the data structures and methods available in Swift language. He kept on telling to write more code because he didn't know about dictionary data structure in Swift, even after I told him this is my final answer and it will run fine. He had hard time going through my code and understanding time complexity. When I walked him through my code and told him we came out of the for loop, he told to run for loop for more values . Can't understand why companies allow such people to take interviews! After knowledgeable first round interviewer, I didn't expect this at all.

Hackerrank test followed by pair programming . The other guy does not know any programming and is just looking for copy pasted code from internet. They shouls match on the logic and not on the code.
