Question 1
How do you calculate a persons age based on their date of birth?
In the initial interview process felt bullied and humiliated as questions were very specific on the business and financial treatment. Very surprising with the company being a private limited company and not well known.

Question 1
Risks for the business in future?
Accounting treatment of current policies?
We are genuinely concerned about this feedback, we have never been accused of bullying in any circumstance and strongly refute it. The questions referred to seem reasonable for a senior role, and we believe we only ask relevant questions for the role. We would be pleased to give specific feedback to a candidate, as this sounds like a situation whereby they were just too junior for the role.
If you would like feedback on why you wasn't offered the position then please contact jobs@draycir.com.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Draycir (Leicester, England) in May 2016
Interview
I had a telephone interview followed by an in-person interview with their Marketing manager. In the interview they expected me to know the names of all their products and the functionality, which I did. They are searching for the perfect designer since March 2016... so I think that they are waiting for THE ONE...
