At first it was a typical interview process. A phone call with some light technical questions followed by an in-person presentation a few weeks later. After this I was quickly told I would be hired. Two months passed without an offer letter. Afterwards I was asked if I would take a contract position with no benefits for either 3 or 6 months. This was after I was told several times the position would be full time. It was overall a very dishonest and disorganized process.
