Interviewed with HR, then some potential colleagues, a group interview with 9 people and then the hiring manager. Things seemed to go well but like others on Glassdoor, Draper went silent, there was no feedback. This is very unprofessional and not did not leave a good impression. Some advice: The least Draper could do for candidates is to provide some constructive feedback. This is especially true for candidates who fly in from out town. Most professional companies do this. You never know when you will work with that person again and it never hurts to leave a professional impression. Very disappointing and I can see why morale has been suffering there.
