A recruiter called me about a newly created role and told me the company had a new HR leader who was changing the way things would be done in HR going forward. I was scheduled to meet with the Head of HR and the Recruiting Manager on a first round. Nice people, on-time for the interviews, they each did a good job of explaining the vision for the team and what this role would entail, who the key relationships would be, etc.
