Dr. Kelly's Surgical Unit interview questions

Working interview was thorough, Very busy clinic. I was on a mobile unit but they have a regular clinic too. Paired me with another lead tech for a the skill assessment. Was there a couple hours.

Phone interview first, then 4 hour work interview on unit. Which in my opinion should be no more than 2-3 hours and provide quick oprtunity to showcase skills such as restraint, intubation, IV cath placement, blood draw, and surgical prep. Then personality test. Then they call with an offer.
