Interview
Starts with a phone interview that is contracted out by some other company. They essentially make sure you are the person who applied and are able to verify information that you put on your resume and application. Some past experience questions. My experience is that there is no way that they can decide whether or not you are qualified for a position based on this interview as it is obvious that the person doing the interview is not knowledgeable about the job requirements.
I was a contractor for the same group, so I was basically already selected for the job, but had to go through the motions. My face to face interview was just a discussion about the job role and what would be expected of me.
